General Sameh Katta, Chairman and CEO of NileSat, held an extensive meeting with Mr. Hervé Derrey, Chief Executive Officer of Thales Alenia Space, attended by a number of executive and technical officials from both sides.

The meeting comes as part of Nilesat’s ongoing commitment to keeping pace with the latest developments in the satellite manufacturing and launch industry, and to exploring the leading technologies and solutions offered by Thales Alenia Space in this field.

During the meeting, the technical team from Thales Alenia Space presented its latest advanced space platforms and their capabilities in supporting broadcasting and satellite communication services with higher efficiency and more competitive operating costs.

For his part, Major General Sameh Katta outlined Nilesat’s future vision and plans in the field of satellite broadcasting and communication services.
