Nilesat, represented by its Space Sector, organized this week a training program for frequency coordination. This program was presented by the international expert Mr. John Pahl. The program’s main focus is the development of frequency coordination programs with the International Telecommunication Union ITU.

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) and TibaSat relevant engineering teams joined the training program, which took place at the Nilesat headquarters, .

Mr. John Pahl presented a study of technical programs for coordinating frequencies and making models for satellites in synchronous orbit.

The training program is part of Nilesat’s development plans to train engineers and upgrade their skills and expertise , as well as emphasizing the fruitful cooperation between Egyptian satellite operators and the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA).
