Cairo – April 24, 2024 – A delegation from Egypt University of Informatics (EUI), affiliated to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) visited Nilesat headquarters, as part of the company’s students training program and corporate educative role, it undertakes with the universities and research academies.

The delegation of the EUI, that takes the Knowledge City in the Administrative Capital as it’s headquarter, was headed by Prof. Dr. Amr El-Sherif, head of the Engineering and Communications Department at the university.

Dr. Mohamed Zayan, Director of the Technical Office for Planning and Research as well as an Officer in charge of Nilesat’s training program, gave a general lecture to students on satellite technology and digital broadcasting.

Dr. Zayan also accompanied the delegation on a tour of the engineering sectors to introduce the company facilities and the company’s role in operating satellites in the Middle East and Africa as one of the leading companies in this field.
